[!WARNING] Prevention Rules Some effects completely block others from forming. For example, if your drug has Paranoia, it prevents Energizing from mutating into Balding. Always check your stack order!
[!IMPORTANT] Prerequisite Rules Certain high-tier effects can only be achieved if your drug already has a specific prerequisite effect stacked on it before the mutation occurs.
